After playing professionally for 6 years and 11 teams, Skyler has acquired an abundance of knowledge suited for hockey players of any level and any age.

A big focus of training at SmuTECH hockey is the breath. It's been shown as several hockey players limiting factor, so SmuTECH Hockey players use a number of techniques, tools and technology to assess and train lungs, diaphragm and every muscle you use to breath. This increases shift length and intensity.

When you visit SmuTECH hockey at ATI we track your shot speed on the radar gun as well as using Moxy Monitors to track muscle oxygen levels or Smo2 to maintain proper training intensities each session.
